A healthy business needs healthy employees. That’s why we invested in an employee-ran Wellness Committee. The Wellness Committee hosted their first Thriving Thursday on February 20th of this year. The committee plans to host this event every other month. All PCI employees will have the opportunity to meet with a registered nurse to have their weight and blood pressure checked. They will also have the opportunity to discuss any health concerns confidentially. As an added bonus, gift cards are distributed to all teams that have 100% participation.
The event on February 20th had a turnout rate of 91%! We can’t wait to see how future events benefit even more employees.
