The culture at PCI is central to delivering the value our customers desire, and this cultural focus is grounded in the PCI WAY. These are our 30 Fundamentals or Behaviors that define the culture in which we choose to work. Every week, the company focuses on one (1) Fundamental, kick-started with a Sunday evening video, sent to all employees which includes a business update and an employee personally describing the Fundamental of the Week. Smaller groups gather throughout the week to discuss the content of the video.
