    Job Summary

    The Assembly Laborer performs a variety of physical labor tasks.

    Duties/Responsibilities

    • Operates a wide variety of hand and power tools.
    • Closely follows directions to operate machinery, hold or supply materials and tools, and load or unload items on machinery and assembly lines.
    • Assist with assembly of metal fabricated parts on assembly lines.
    • Cleans and maintains a manufacturing area free from debris and dirt, and readies or puts away tools as assigned.
    • Performs miscellaneous jobs at the plant, as needed.
    • May be trained to act as forklift operator when normal operator is out.
    • Reports any issues to supervisor or higher-level employee.

    Required Skills/Abilities

    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.
    • Ability to handle materials and equipment in a responsible manner.
    • Ability to perform basic arithmetic as needed.
    • Ability to work in a variety of roles.

    Education & Experience Requirements

    • Performing both Mig & Tig Welding applications daily.
    • Reading and understanding blueprints and weld symbols
    • Welding Light Gauge Steel, Aluminum and working with Fixturing

    We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions. Senior Accountant responsibilities include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures. A successful Senior Accountant combines excellent analytical skills, with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles, to analyze financial reports.     • Posts journal entries to general ledger.
    • Prepare financial statements and accounting statements.

    Job Summary:

    The Proposal Engineer will quote services offered by PCI. They are primarily responsible for drafting and submitting proposal packages for the company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Review customer documents and drawings for request for quotes.
    • Interface with Manufacturing Engineers (as needed) to determine if the component(s) can be made to customer specifications.
    • Put together proposals, ensuring accuracy of information in a timely manner.
    • Calculate material costs, estimate labor times, and identify outsourced services required.

    Job Summary

    Support the laser cutting operation by providing efficiently nested programs based on customer drawings and orders

    Duties/Responsibilities

     • Provide efficiently nested laser programs to the Manufacturing Team
    • Utilize customer supplier portals to track order status and communicate acknowledgments
    • Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track customer purchase orders, drawings, and generate manual work routers
    • Enter customer orders into ERP system and manage their information as it relates to production
    • Employ SolidWorks software to generate accurate laser geometry for production

    Qualifications
