PCI is expanding their 60 Ram Drive location by adding an additional 9,000 square feet of manufacturing space. This expansion will be added to the existing 24,000 square feet facility.
The second project starting this summer is expanding their 214 Ram Drive location by adding 15,000 square feet. The completion of these two (2) projects along with their Corporate location at 115 Ram Drive, will expand PCI’s manufacturing space to well over 100,000 square feet.
Financing for both construction projects has been arranged by Traditions Bank via an SBA 504 loan through Adams County Economic Development Corporation. The total investment in these new facilities is project to be approximately $1.9 Million.
Keller Contracting of York, PA is the General Contractor for both projects.
