Lean Practitioner manufacturing course offered to PCI employees

The Lean Practitioner course provided by MANTEC, was a great opportunity for manufacturing personnel to learn new philosophies in the world of manufacturing. This course not only provided PCI with the ability to recognize areas of continuous improvement, but it also gave us access to common tools that are utilized to drive problem resolution. The course itself began in the classroom and progressed to the shop floors of two of the businesses represented, to allow our participants to identify Lean Improvements in a real-world setting.
